Nice family feel pizza looks great but is mediocre at best as far as taste

Good basic pizza. Generous sizes. We had perporonni, pesto and a vegetable pizza.

Just passing through to visit Flight 93 Memorial. Not wanting fast food, we chose Frank's. Wow! So much value! Less than a fast food meal. The sauce on the lasagna was so very flavorful with plenty of meat and cheese. The simple salad had cheese, tomato and a bit of ham. Garlic bread filled out the meal. We used take out. Service was fast and friendly. Great little place.

My family arrived late and still received fantastic pizza! The staff did not make us feel rushed and took the time to engage us in conversation even as they were cleaning up. The cheese pizza was hot and bubbly and the crust on both of our pizzas was great.

Ordered pizza, bread sticks, soda, spaghetti meal and chocolate cake at 6:14 and order taker said 40 min to 1 hr, they're close to the hotel. No call to update about being late. Order didn't arrive until 7:41... Everything is ice cold so sent it back with driver. Store needs significantly better communication.

Pizza has a thimble full of sauce very cheap I wouldn't recommend it to nobody

Good pizza. Some reviews have a problem with service/staff. I have not had that issue. While not what I would call customer focused they were fine for me. When you pay the wages that these small shops do sometimes you get a less than great employee. All my encounters have been fine.

Ordered a veggie pizza and all of the toppings were 4inchs from the crust in the middle of the pizza... not happy

Great place! Only stone oven pizza in town and it’s top notch! Friendly staff, Good specials, perfect sauce and solid toppings. Thoroughly impressed with Frank’s and will be back every chance I get! Don’t forget to try the meatball subs and Stromboli!

They're pizza is great if you could actually order it from them... They don't answer their phone to make an order, or they answer and hang up on you. That's not good service no matter how good their pizza might be!

Prices seem high, until you realize how much you're actually getting. This is one of the few places where a large can actually feed a hungry family.

Very good food! Pizza is hand tossed, and though the crust is a little bland, it is golden brown & stands up well to the sauce, cheese, and other toppings. Menu is varied and offers a bit of everything. Portions are generous. If you leave hungry, it's your own fault! Prices are more than reasonable! A very pleasant surprise in downtown Somerset, and a true asset to the community.

Ordered two medium pizzas both with xtra cheese and pepperoni, the one had mushroom added as well. $37. Safe to say that I will never be ordering from Franks again. The pizza was mostly crust.

Frank's pizza has always been my favorite!! Till this time... I paid $52 for 2 pizzas , the sauce has changed it's like spaghetti sauce now it's gross and I seriously think just threw thinly sliced full pieces of lunch meat ham on my pizza.. I'm so disappointed. And to top it off they never made my cinnamon sticks I ordered... This pizza tastes nothing like Frank's pizza use to!

Great service and food.

They have odd hours and aren't open on Sundays when they could be raking in $ from Sunday football party orders. It always takes quite awhile before they answer the phone to take an order. If you can endure that then the Pie is the best around! Pound for pound!! I've lived across the country and I'd placed it as one of the best period! The food gets the 5 stars the business gets 1!

The service was attentive. We arrived near closing and they served us and made us feel welcome. The pizza dough and sauce are homemade. Portions are generous. Dinner salad was good and the dressing was homemade. We will be back!

Ordered for a delivery at the quality inn. Was a little slow, but food was hot when we got it. Driver was very courteous. Prices very reasonable. We will eat here again if we're back in town!!!

Looking for a family dinner on the way out of town from Seven Springs, we found this restaurant and were pleased. Historic looking building in a quaint neighborhood. Got a very good deal on a family special with a 2-topping 18" pizza, breadsticks, and drinks for about $22. Service was good and pizza was tasty. Not crowded on a Saturday evening, which was good since the dining area is pretty small. Lots of outdoor seating if we come back in the summer, which we would like to.

Excellent pizza and strombolis. Mondays and Tuesdays their special is lasagna or spaghetti and meatballs with a tossed salad and garlic bread for 7:49. That's one of the best deals around. Lasagna is thick and cheesy and has meat and lots of sauce. Even they're tossed salad has meat and cheese in it. If you like Italian dressing get their homemade dressing it's the best. Garlic bread is excellent also. There is literally nothing on this menu you could order that you would be disappointed by.

I visited yesterday with two friends and a child. We ordered a side salad, 3 slices of cheese pizza and jalapeno bread. We were told it would take 10 minutes. We received the salad somewhat quickly and we were patient at first because it was the trick or treat night. However, after 40 minutes of customers coming in for take out orders left and right with no word from anyone about our order we were angry. We finally got our slices but still no jalapeno bread. A group of 8 people came in about this time and they started getting some of their food. We went up to the counter to find out what was going on, turns out they forgot the bread and it was just coming out of the oven. We ended up taking up to go. We asked who the manager was and she was rude and ignorant toward us acting like we were an inconvenience.

Frank's has delicious New York style pizza. It's a good value for lunch and is always filling. A lot of locals that work in the town of Somerset grab a bite here during lunch hours.

Excellent place, amazing homemade pizza. Love this place, it's a regular stop for me. I suggest this for anyone passing through or in the area.

Ordered from our hotel at 8 pm after trying to call 5 times. It’s 9:46 and they still aren’t here. We have called about 15 times and no one answers. So our kids aren’t feed and we have to go find fast food somewhere! Don’t trust them to order! It’s Friday but they told us it would be 45 minutes.

I am rating you now before we get the pizza and will rate again when pizza arrives.. whoever the man answered the phone to take my order was rude and obviously hates his job! Total flat affect with a “why did you call here” attitude..I sure hope the pizza tastes better than what I just experienced! We live out of town and hopefully this is not an example of your towns people..**FYI.. after the pizza arrived by a very nice man.. who apologized for being late the pizza was very good, salad delicious and we were given an extra large pizza for our troubles. We were the last order out and the weather was bad that night..

Great pizza but they never answer their phone. And when they do they put you on hold for a very long time. I waited one time forty minutes, drove their while on hold and they were standing around not doing anything. So it isn't even because they are busy. Such a shame since they have the only good pizza in Somerset.

I absolutely love the food here. I have never had and bad food from this resteraunt. The prices for the special of the day are unbeatable.

We stayed at the Days in and wanted some tasty NY style pizza. Saw the reviews and gave this place a shot. This pizza was excellent, thin crust, not too crispy, not too soggy, loved it. Lots of cheese too, not overloaded, but a good solid amount. Will def repeat.

Franks is the BEST place in Somerset to get pizza. I swear by it. Kevin, one of the employees there, is a sweetheart and makes odering delivery 10x better!

Order a 18" 5 meat pizza, and it was GOOD. I drive a truck for living and they brought it right to my truck. I will be ordering pizza from this place every time I am here. Great job guys thank you for the great service.

Husband and I stopped in got the Homemade Lasagna Dinner and everything was delicious and very well priced ! I highly recommend this place !

The stromboli was great

I ordered the special large pie w/bread sticks and sauce, instead of 1 topping I got 2, w/2 Liter soda everything taste good, but was skimpy with toppings. I return and order again.
